Children’s Harbor’s Advisory Board
Six community leaders have volunteered to join Children’s Harbor’s Advisory Board. This dynamic group is made up of individuals who have served Children’s Harbor since the early days. They remain dedicated to our vision of providing loving safe homes to foster brothers and sisters, and caring support to families in crisis. Their goal is to lend leadership and resources to Children’s Harbor in order to help it grow and continue to meet the needs of children and families in our community.
The Advisory Board is chaired by Per-Olof Loof, Chief Executive Officer of KEMET Electronics Corporation. Members include Martin J. Alexander, Partner, Holland & Knight (Vice Chair); Bill Mahoney, Founder and President, Mahoney & Associates (Founder of Children’s Harbor); Stephen V. Fuller, Senior Vice President Human Resources, GEO Group, Inc.; Al Monserrat, Senior Vice President Sales and Services, Citrix; and Sherry Stein, Vice President Sales Operations, Ultimate Software.
“Our Advisory Board has made a great impact on Children’s Harbor, and we are so thankful for their insight and support. I am excited to continue working with this group,” said Sue Glasscock, President and CEO, Children’s Harbor.
Children’s Harbor inspires hope and rebuilds lives in loving foster care homes by keeping together brothers and sisters in foster care, and providing care to pregnant or parenting foster teens and their babies. Additionally, Children’s Harbor helps families stay together and grow stronger with in-home counseling services.
